A batch-cooking workshop to banish the TTC food overwhelm

You know that food and nutrition are important parts of a fertility journey but that first step and knowing where to start is sooo hard!

I hear this a lot from my clients, especially if they think that cooking is not one of their forte. To be completely honest, I had a lot to learn on the cooking front myself. That’s when I realized: simple, delicious and nourishing nutrition doesn’t require any chef skills.

You may also think that cooking for fertility means sacrificing on flavour and spending hours in the kitchen to just end up eating lots of kale.

Definitely not! I strongly believe that cooking for any health goal (but especially for fertility) can be full of flavour, colours, healing nutrients and also sexy.

All is needed is a bit of preparation, a selection of recipes and food options, plus the right resources to draw from.

This is why I’ve been wanting to offer a new resource for you!

My first Batch (hack) cooking workshop focused on fertility, which took place in February 2022.

What you’ll get from this workshop

Shopping List

You’ll receive a shopping list with suggestions on foods and ingredients to buy way ahead of the workshop so you can have everything on hand.

More confidence

You’ll feel more confident not just in the kitchen, but also in the knowledge that the foods you’ll be preparing are supportive for fertility and will nourish you deeply.

Online workshop

An online cooking workshop (plus recording) which won’t only set you up for the week. It’ll teach how to prep your meals going forward.

Lots of questions answered

We won’t just talk about food, we will talk about where to source your ingredients, what to look out for, money saving tips etc and of course I’ll be answering your most burning questions on food and fertility.

Recipe pack

All our creations will be also followed by their recipes so you can recreate them again and again, including extra recipe options to keep you inspired.

A fun morning of cooking

In the company of a group of ladies experiencing the same phase you’re going through. As well as an opportunity to focus on the moment.

What clients have been saying about my meal ideas

“Your breakfast ideas have been fantastic.”

“Thanks so much for your breakfast ideas, they've been fantastic. We made the breakfast muffins the other day and I think these are going to be brilliant for quick lunches sometimes too. My partner has looked through the plan too so we can work together on making recipe changes, new meals ideas etc, so that's been really positive too. I've organised our freezer now which feels fantastic! Thank you Milena, really grateful for your help”

— Z. 37, Bromley, UK

“Oh I love a (meal) plan”

“Thank you so much for your plan, it’s super helpful. Am printing it off and putting it on my fridgel!”

Coming soon in September

This first batch cooking event will be limited to only 6 spaces. This is so I can focus on your needs and answer as many questions as possible during the session.

Please feel free to contact me if you have got any questions before booking.

Timings and Details

We’ll spend two hours together on a Sunday from 2 pm to 4 pm UK time .

The workshop will take place on Zoom and will be recorded, so you can go back to it whenever you feel like it or if you can only attend part of it.

You’ll receive a shopping list 48 hours before the event with alternative options, should you not find the ingredients I am suggesting.

I will also provide gluten free or diary free options if required.

The recipes and ideas we’ll go through during the workshop will be emailed to you the week after.

You’ll have a fridge full of tasty fertility food options for the week and hopefully feel inspired to reconnect with your cooking, having learnt a tip or two on how to make food prep last longer and be more supportive of your fertility.

Last but not least, I will be discussing about the foods to focus on during your fertility journey, answer your questions on fertility nutrition and hopefully give you a tip or two on how to make cooking and eating for fertility easier within the context of busy schedules.

Here are just a few reasons why you may want to join me:

- You've been TTCing and want to make sure you're including the most important foods that will support your fertility.

- You have a busy daily life, maybe also a little one to look after, and you're never sure about what to put on the table that is nutritious for all the family and supportive of fertility.

- You're not a big fan of cooking but are keen to learn how to make life easier while TTC and focusing on the most nutrient-dense foods.

- You want to make sure that you enter pregnancy as a nourished mama.

- You want to learn a trick or two on how to get ahead in your weekly cooking so that the start of the week doesn't quite feel so stressful.

Don't forget you'll also have the chance to ask questions and get my advice on what you could be focusing on next.

FAQs

  • The short answer is no. My hope is to be able to inspire you and help you realise that cooking healthily for your fertility doesn’t need to be complicated. During the workshop you’ll be able to cook with me and follow a few of my cooking tips too.

  • I’m fully aware that “life happens” so I have designed this workshop for you to receive the recording, together with the meal recipe packs, the following week of the event. Also, you’ll be receiving a shopping list a couple of days before the workshop, which you’ll be able to use to recreate what we covered on the day. I’m afraid, no refunds will be made once the shopping list has been sent out (typically 48 hours in advance).

  • You’re very welcome to send me an email using the contact form on this website. If you’re on my mailing list, you’ll also have my direct email address and you can use that to get in touch with me.

  • I hope so! My plan is to be able to do one for every season, because of the changes in produce throughout the year. If you’re interested in hearing about future dates for this workshop, please make sure to add your email address and register your interest to my list in the box above.
