This Masterclass is for you if

You feel overwhelmed

You’re on google constantly, the forums, the books…. all the information out there with regards to nutrition for fertility is just contradictory and honestly just too much.

You’re sick and tired of the generic advice.

You want a roadmap and tangible steps to follow and not settle for what everyone else is saying.

You’re at any stage of your TTC journey

Maybe you’ve just started, or it’s taking longer than you wanted to see those two lines on a pregnancy stick.

You’ve been told it’s too late, you’re running out of time, go straight to IVF. But maybe that didn’t work either.

You’re ready to cut the chase, you want to make sure the odds are in your favour.

You’re not sure what’s going on

Is it your hormones, is it your egg quality? You really want to understand more about what your body needs.

Even worse, you’ve been told everything is normal or given the dreadful diagnosis of “unexplained infertility”.

Deep down you know there’s more, you want to dig deeper.

You’ve had the heartbreak of a loss (or more)

It’s really affecting you wanting to start TTC again. You want to give it another go but this time you want to understand the common causes of pregnancy losses and how to prevent them. You know that you need to replenish your nutrient stores and prepare your body for the next steps on your fertility journey.

Just imagine…

  • Feeling empowered by truly understanding your body’s fertility signals and your health markers

  • Making informed decisions about your supplements without second-guessing yourself or following blindly the (often too general) advice of fertility books or your TTC buddy.

  • Having a clear roadmap to follow, free from overwhelm or confusion, knowing exactly which areas of your health and fertility you can work on to improve your chances of a healthy pregnancy.

  • Feeling confident in conversations with your doctors, advocating for the care you need

  • Trusting your body again and knowing exactly what steps to take to improve your fertility

What we’ll cover in the masterclass

and what you’ll learrn

  • The tests to ask your GP. Learn which ones may be routinely missed and how to fill the gap. This is what you need to choose your supplements.

  • The test that can give you so much information or peace of mind. It also gives an insight on the shared reproductive microbiome of the couple and possible impacts on male fertility. (More on this too)

  • It's not AMH, nor your FSH, or LH that you use to track ovulation. You want to know where you stand with this other hormone for so many reasons. And there are many ways of tracking it.

  • A semen analysis can tell us "something" but it's just a start. What else to consider for the male side. After all, it takes two to tango.

  • The world of functional medicine testing can go even deeper. Based on your symptoms or story so far, it can open so many further avenues for investigation never explored in a conventional medical context or in fertility clinics.

Not holding anything back.

I’ll share the testing roadmap that I have been using with my 1:1 clients while touching on the crucial topics below

Meet your Fertility Guide

I’m Milena, a Registered Nutritional Therapist with a specialisation in fertility and women’s health.

I have always felt - and I hate - that there is A MASSIVE gap between fertility struggles and being rushed to do fertility treatment without proper testing and a good hard look at the diet and lifestyle components, which are often brushed off with generic advice about just “eating well…everything in moderation…and adopting a balanced diet”.

Look, I have Italian roots and even the whole advice about “just sticking to a Mediterranean diet” doesn’t sit well with me all the time.

It was through honing my own nutrition and using advanced testing that I monitored and adapted both of my own fertility journeys even though “my biological clock was ticking fast”, as my doctors kept reminding me.

Despite that, I focused on balancing my hormones and taking every month as an opportunity to work on our fertility, which led to two very healthy pregnancies at the age of 37 and 41.

Now I have the honour to do this every day in my clinic, but I want to share my biggest learnings with you.
